the laws of dieting

Why is it that it takes me weeks of dieting and exercising to lose 6 pounds, but I can gain that much or more after a really fun weekend?

I just do not get how that works! Sigh.

Um, you do remember that you're supposed to be gaining weight right now, right?

But I do know what you mean. I've been working on weight loss since early August, and it is so easy to let it slide.

Oh man. Me too. And I don't have pregnancy as an excuse. At least you have that. It's all baby, I'm sure. :)

It's just water weight. Seriously. It is. You'll probably lose it in the morning. So interested in hearing about the job update!!!
